The Brevard Veterans Resource Network is a broad coalition of groups providing information, resources, and support to veterans and their families throughout Brevard County. The program facilitates referrals and support to thousands of active duty military, veterans, and their family members. The Veterans Response Team Specialist at 211 Brevard offers full-service care coordination over the telephone to meet individuals’ needs.

Veteran Caregiver Support (formerly known as Hearts of Valor or HOV) is a network of people caring for wounded, ill or injured service members and veterans, created and maintained by Operation Homefront. The program seeks to support these caregivers by facilitating online groups that provide social connections to other caregivers in similar situations, fostering support groups by location to encourage resource sharing and friendships, and sponsoring annual retreats to provide education on relevant issues.
This program provides a central network for military members needing to board their pets while they are deployed or have service commitments, making them unable to temporarily care for their pets. The program assists with identifying a foster home from its network of vetted providers who are often military members seeking to repay this previously used service or assist a fellow service member.
The Military and Veteran Caregiver Network (MVCN) offers peer-based support and services to connect those providing care to servicemembers and veterans living with wounds, illnesses and/or injuries. MVCN helps caregivers of all ages, at all stages of caregiving, and provides access to three peer support programs:

- Peer Mentor Support Program
- Peer Support Groups (Online & Community-Based)
Got Your Back Network connects with military families who have lost a spouse or parent while serving our country. Our goal is to give comfort, answer a special need, offer guidance and bring a brighter day. Through partnerships, donations, and sponsorships, Got Your Back Network works to meet the specific needs and dreams of military families who have lost a spouse or parent serving our country.
The Wisconsin Veterans Network (VetsNet) is a nonprofit organization staffed by veterans and serve veterans. VetsNet bridges a major gap in the veterans benefit system: identifying and connecting at-risk veterans and veterans in need to the benefits and programs they earned through their service to our country.
This program allows service members and veterans to share their challenges and progress with others affected by PTSD. Listening to others’ stories and offering their own insights will create a supportive network of encouragement and healing.
Project Home is a Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) grant funded by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The focus of the SSVF program is veteran housing assistance. Veteran families must be homeless or at risk of being homeless to qualify. With sub-grantees of Disability Network Wayne County Detroit and Disability Network Oakland/Macomb, Project Home covers St. Clair, Tuscola, Huron, Lapeer, Sanilac, Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties, including the city of Detroit. There are four required services to veteran families under the SSVF grant: outreach, case management (housing focus), connection to VA resources and benefits, and connections to mainstream resources and benefits.
The Veterans Inc. Post-9/11 program provides peer support and specialized career services for Post-9/11 veterans. These services include peer-to-peer support, community engagement events, assistance applying for college and educational benefits, and access to supportive services. This program is cost free.

- H.E.R.O.E.S. Care is a collaborative effort among well established non-governmental organizations (NGOs) designed to provide complete and proactive support for members of all branches of the military and their families through pre-deployment, deployment, family reintegration and post-deployment.
- The program consists of a network of tens of thousands of trained caregivers and thousands of professional mental health care and service providers working together to provide an unprecedented system of support for military members and their families.
- Mission Statement: To provide a nationwide and efficient support network available before, during and after deployment to post 9/11 servicemen and -women, veterans and their families that is known to military members, their families and commanders, and the communities in which they live.
